WHAT IS INTERNATIONAL ADMISSION?

International Student Admissions is the process ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025 for non-Indonesian Citizen / non-Indonesia Permanent Resident students to seek admission into mainstream regular or international programs at MAN Insan Cendekia Kota Batam. Admission of international students into mainstream educational programs of MAN Insan Cendekia Kota Batam is subject to availability of the program vacancies, the student meeting the school’s admission criteria and the student’s successful application of a Student’s Pass (STP) from the Immigration.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

  • International applicant is offered to non Indonesian citizens.
  • Not more than 17 (seventeen) years old by July 1st, 202
  • Complete the online application form at:
  • Candidates must demonstrate good academic competence which is proven with high academic merit.
  • International applicants should apply directly to MAN Insan Cendekia Kota Batam by submitting a set of necessary documents.
  • International applicants are generally NOT required to sit for the entry test for admission unless a special conditional occur. The eligibility for admission is based on a desk evaluation carried out by the MAN Insan Cendekia Kota Batam’s admission test committee on applicant academic achievement.
  • International applicants must meet the academic requirements and commit to comply with particular regulations of Indonesian government related to educational policy in order to apply international program.

ADMISSION GUIDELINES

  • International applicant does not need to pay the admission registration fee
  • International applicant is awarded by getting Cendekia Scholarship. Here are the benefit:
    • International applicant is offered to non Indonesian citizens.
      • Student visa to study for 3 (three) years.
    • Boarding necessities (uniforms, mattresses, bed sheets, and books).
    • Dormitory fees.
    • Insurance fee.
    • One return travel allowance for the duration of 3 (three) years study.
  • It is mandatory for international applicant to submit the requirement document:
    • Application form
    • Scanned copy of the latest School Report
    • Applicant passport
    • Motivation letter
    • Letter of Consent from parents or legal guardians
    • Results of general medical check-up, once selected
    • Awards and other certificate.
    • Result of the latest English/Arabic proficiency test.

TIME LINE OF INFORTANT DATE

  • Open Admission: 8 January 2024 - 3 May 2024
  • Announcement for administration acceptance: 6 May 2024
  • International test: 14 May 2024
  • Announcement for final acceptance: 17 May 2024
  • Interview and confirmation: 20 May 2024
  • Visa application process: 3 June 2024
